I gave this rating for all the models you've posted in this series of pictures.

First I'd like to say, I like the variation of armor types and poses. Each of the squads have personality.

The reason for a 4 is because the models are very flat (2 dimensional) looking. There is no depth or definition to any of the detail. If you are not looking to spend a lot of time on your models, just try a few washes. Mainly on the robes with brown ink and the armor with black and dark green inks. The weapons couldn't hurt to have a wash of brown and/or black inks as well. Washes are a good way to add shadows and depth to your models with a minimum of time expended. Drybrushing after the washes can also greatly increase the finished look of the model with little time and effort involved.

If you have questions about either of these techniques you can PM me and I'll explain them to you.
