Icon army of the sea

i am new to WFB and i have done some 40k codexs and units and i was looking frow the large rule book and found mention of a race of sea creaters that took down a dark elve fleet and a suncon lizerdman city and i am asking if anyone mite know more

PS i think they would use a sea lore

No I think this may have been a bit if home brew work if you found it here, their are no aquatic races (baring skinks) in fantasy. As another note, the Lizardmen temple city being destroyed was probably because of Morrslieb

i found it in the new big rule book but it mite just be chaos dwafs what do you think its on page 176 of the large rulebook

this is a small prototype list made up of the wave rider fores in there army i will change the fluff cuz this is just a bref veiw but first i still need a name for them

during the Great Cataclysm a rase simler to elves and men lead by a Seamaster who had made a small empire in the Far sea was forsed under sea by powerful earthquakes there water mages protected them by frezing near by wateer into domes of ice benef the sea where many went into a medatation waiting some did not seeing to the dome citys bulding and lernning while some went to the surfes to gather intel on the world above becoming wave riders travling the sea in ships that looked like krakons that in 554 sank a dark elve fleet becusethey were disrupting the ice dome of the colaney city of Tasa the suvivers of the fleet were eaten by there Merven sea troops

army rules:
sea walker: the unit has the sea creature but can still march this rule is lost if the unit is on a horse
Harpon bow: counts as a bow but -1 to armour saves

please, please can you use punctuation. i cant make head or tail of the fluff

1. giving the Wave lord killing blow to begin with is a bit OP, maybe give it as a special upgrade for 15+ pts
also giving the Wind twister a decent BS is pointless as he dosnt have a ranged weapon, and why would he be that good in the fluff as he can just use magic

2. i think the Wave walkers are a bit underpriced. Skinks are 5pts each (in a ranked up unit) with worse WS, T and LD. they dont have light armour (only shield) and no -1 AS for their weapons, although they have poison. id price them at about 9-10 pts.

3. same with the Wave runners. but swiftstride is just way to much. also skirmishing units dont usually get to ahve standard bearers. id price them at about 12-13pts

4. the bolt throwers are outragious. they are basicly the same as a DE bolt thrower but with less M and WS, but better BS. with the harpoon bows aswell!!! all for 45% of their cost!!!!
make them atleast 80+ pts (due to the repeater bolt thrower having its special rule its less than i would have said)

i am sorry about the punctuation i will edit it i am useing a brelly laggie computer and i have all ways been bad with spelling and i said on my first post i am new to fantasy

1 i know but i have little info on points value becuse i only got the rule book on the 25th and i thought magic missiles used BS

2 i dont know the stats for the skink and the bows -1 as is becuse it was desinged to traveil thurgh water like a harpon so it would also pen armour and looking at the rulebook it should be an armoured piercing

3 i have little exp with skirmishers so i did not knowhow to point them seeing i have only used dwarfs

4 it seemed like a good prise seeing that the orc one is only 35pts and a bolt thrower is just a bolt thrower

its fine, i know how annoying a laggy computer can be

1. na they dont, (im pritty sure anyway)
2. ye im fine about the -1 to AS (armour save) but its the points that im concerned about
3. fair enough
4. ye but their not BS 4

i didnt mean to be too critical, just informative (hopefully)
