I'd disagree with Sethis on the Characters. A Lord AND a Hero gives you domination of the magic.

Sorc, L2, MoT, Skull of Katam+Disc of Tzeentch, OR Infernal Puppet
With Skull of Katam, you have +7 to cast spells with, and the hero himself has +4.
Alternatively, the Puppet means that other sorcerors miscasts will be nuking themselves all over while you remain relatively free.
Don't see the point in Ogres myself when you can have Dragon Ogres. 4 of them, with AHW gives you 16 S5 Attacks, M7. Also, you have 16 wounds and a 4+ Armour Save for 242pts
Mark of Khorne with Shields solely are useless - they cannot benefit from Parry for being frenzied. Instead, take Halberds, if you can spare the points. Don't bother with Champ, you've not got the Warshrine.
Personally, I'd ramp the MoK to Halberds, Shields, Banner, Mus, 20 Strong, and MoT to 20 strong.
Change slaanesh and the puppies to 2 units of Nurgle Marauders with Light Armour and Shields to protect from range.
