Default Staff of Tomorrow???

I have just started to play Warhammer Fantasy and I am playing Daemons. I have been using Fateweaver but last night I was reading my codex and found that the Fateweaver has a staff called the "Staff of Tomorrow" in his equipment. But I can not find a reference anywhere in the codex on what this staff does or is. Is it a Staff of Change like the Herald/Greater Daemon can take or is it just a staff? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Please level my Daemons I want them to grow up and be fierce.

its in the entry of the deamon page staff of tomorrow gives the user in warhammer 40k the abilty to re-roll 1 dice in each turn it does not specify whos dice so you can roll a foe's dice if say they rolled a 6 and a 1 for moving in hard land and re-roll the six and you might change it to 1 :D

TGM was asking about a previous Warhammer Army Book.

Tricky things Daemons; even questions about them transcend both time and universe.
