Default Wizards

Hi All,

My friends and I have been playing that Wizard can't cast and march/charge but is this a hang up from 7th ed as we can't find an actual rule that dictates this in 8th?

It is said that the guttural sound of Dwarfs bellowing Grungni’s name is enough to make an Elf’s knees knock and a Goblin turn a sickly shade of yellow!

I can't find the actual rule in 7th edition. To my knowledge wizards have always been able to march and cast.

There has been no such rule as far as i know knoweven in 7th. Marching prohibits shooting, not magic.

Awesome, what about charging and casting?

Wasn't there another thread in here recently that said the only time a wizard can't cast is fleeing?

If a wizard charges yes he can still cast. Normal targeting restrictions still apply though.
