There is a difference between them IIRC. I think Elves speak/write Eltharin, I've heard Druchii language called Drukh Eltharin, druhir and something else I can't remember (it's in the glossary of the Malus books).

Druchii.net did a good article on it, but unsure where it sits with the canon. I've even got a font of Dark Elf runes/characters!
I'd do the Dark Elf one happily, although it'd be a very slow WIP. Maybe we could get Druchii in Space involved too...
