Default Hardback Fantasy Army Books?!

I was speaking with to the manager at my local GW store the other day about the Orcs And Goblins Army Book. He said that all WHFB books in the future will be hardback and we can maybe expect it for WH40K army books in the "Future"

Just thought I would let you know,

Problem is, its a just a store manager, so he could be just assuming there all going to be hardback because the Orcs and Goblins codex is.

I would expect the books range to go to hardback. They did it with O&G; there's no reason to have an oddball in a consistent format.

This is very old news, has been known for months that at least Fantasy will be hardback from now on, the GK codex will reveal if 40K will be hardback or not.

If they do it for GK I would hope that they rerelease all the current 5th Ed codices in a hardback version. I'm just about on wolf codex number two.

The Website kept telling me that my profile was only 80% complete without creating a signature. Ain't no website going to tell me I was a lazy shit, no sir.

I have heard that GK will be hardback but the existing 40K books will stay the same.

So are they trying to justify the codex prices by making them hardback, or is there going to be another price hike?

I've heard tha O&G and all Fantasy book from now on will be hardback, as O&G is the first one of 8th edition. Codex GK's will be softback, but with the next ed of 40K, they'll go hardback too.

Price Hike, O&G is around $AU15 more expensive than it's paperback counterparts IIRC.
