Hawk Wargames is a brand new company, dedicated to the design, development and production of class leading miniatures and wargames. Our first venture is the 10mm scale sci-fi massed battle game, Dropzone Commander. Our greatest ambition is to provide a whole range of innovative and high quality wargames in multiple scales, and multiple game universes.

We intend to support Dropzone Commander with new models, races expansions and narratives well into the future - despite the long and hard road it's been to reach this point, we still love our product!

One of the guys in our group picked this up along with starter forces for the PHR and the Shaltari. We've played a few smaller games and while the rules are (I feel) a little bloated, they work pretty well and are different enough to provide some really interesting and enjoyable game play.

At Salute one of the other guys picked up the new cardboard terrain pack (which looks great) and I got myself the Scourge starter.

It's not a game we'll play that often so I think we'll likely stick to the starters but it's certainly one we'll keep "in the locker".
