My brother made one, but i don't know if it's what you are looking for...

Well... Buy a box of cold one knights, a High Elf Chariot and Dark Eldar warriors.

1. Cover up the front of the chariot with Green Stuff, and cut DE runes into it. Assemble the chariot as normal, with the sides without scalemails. Remove gems and High Elf runes and patterns.

2. Put spikes and pikes wherever it suits you. Also swap the front of the yoke thingy for a blade.

3. Put Cold Ones instead of the lions/horses. I don't care that they don't have the rope slot, you won't be using that anyway.

4. Assemble the crew. Use Dark eldar legs with Cold One Knight torsos. Give the driver the DE whip and a sword/crossbow. Assemble the other guy the same way, but arm him different. Give them whatever heads that suits them (Dark Eldar, Dark Elf, etc.)

5. Have fun!

NOTE: I don't want interweb cookies, but reputation.
