ive just seen it, i really did like it but with a pinch of salt, its got to try and mix hollywood and the comic together and its not always going o work but i think it was a good try

no. no it wasn't.

i'm astonished at Raimi to be honest, who is an avid spiderman fan, that he could make Spiderman 3. A few, and emphasis on few, things were spot on, most notably the sandman.

but come on, what was the point of putting Gwen in the movie? why not start with gwen? that irritated me from the first film, either go right, or stick with MJ, Parker has enough to deal with with MJ and her issues (barely explored) without adding Gwen to the mix.

The film also should have dealt more with how parker deals with the alien costume, which, by the way, in the comic does not turn him into a gurning emo moron. Venom should have been left out.

Everyone should read the Alien Costume Saga, its so much deeper than the shallow piece of crap we called Spiderman 3
