Snow fight by Lumière brothers. I guess it's among the first 'action' movies ever. The guy on bike is absolutely perfect. :D

Brotherhood of the Wolf. Brilliant film that nobody else I know has seen. People are turned off by it being in French.

City of Ember? I read the book and hated it, so didn't bother seeing the film. My fave "unseen" film is probably 'The Illusionist'. Just beautiful.

I have probably said it a thousand times on this site but "Dog Soldiers" - fantastic squadie film (it also has werewolves).
