I never saw the old version of this (HAMulator? Awesome name) but this is really helpful.


One question: If you use this for cc, you'd just replace the BS with a WS that gives you the same to-hit, and shots with attacks, right?

Theres an assault / shooting vs vehicles / assaulting vs vehicles section in the menu on the top side of the page.

Maybe I didn't see it, but is there a part for twin linked weapons? Like for broadsides' railguns.

Awesome calculator, thanks!

One small thing: It seems to fritz if I ask it to calculate: Ass vs Veh, 2D6 pen.

To clarify, everything works nicely for figuring out how my Slaaneshi DP would fare against a Land Raider but only if I do NOT check the 2d6 checkbox. If that is checked (as it should be for an MC), the result is: Hit 3.5 times. And nothing else.

I completely love the calculator. In response with the question I asked earlier, it does say "Reroll Hits", which is what confused me. I thought, "Why would I reroll a hit?" Not trying to be an ass.

I noticed one error; if in assaults I add a second group and tick the option for the second group to ignore armour saves, it doesn't actually ignore them.
Case in Point

EDIT: Well, I clicked my own link to make sure, and now it's doing it fine. Hmm.
It was originally doing it wrong, though.

EDIT again: Okay, check this out. Go to (say) the link I posted, add another group with some stats and ignore armour checked (if it's necessary to replicate my trial exactly, I used the same stats as group two). Click calculate, and the third group won't ignore armour saves. If you then click ''back'' and get the url, paste it in and click calculate, it will work as it should.
