Default [1850] DoA Angels - VV heavy

Hi everyone! Please critique and help me with my DoA list I am building. List below.

Basically the list has Meltaguns across the board in the RAS and Honour Guard so I can pop any heavy vehicles. VV have the option of combat squadding after the reserve roll so I can deal with multiple threats. If I want to deal with something strongerI will not combat squad them and attack with the full force of a 10 man VV squad. May drop the chapter banner + priest for infernus pistols/ more meltas in the squads without and for the IC's. (Libby, Spriests, Vets) Might tool up one of the Assault squads with flamers all around too...not sure.

What do you guys think?

More priests in this list will make it alot more powerful.

These guys don't need storm shields or infernus pistols. Just take some melta bombs. When they arrive they can't shoot if they want to assault and the idea is to assault so melta bombs will be more effective. The idea of vanguard is to destroy what they attack on arrival. Storm shields won't help accomplish that. It's big chunk of points that could be saved.

Power Weapon 1
Infernus Pistol 2
Sgt: Power Fist 1
Again switch out the infernus pistols for melta bombs and take an extra power weapon.

Overall I'd say take more priests and rearrange a cheaper and more effective load out for the vanguard.

The VV can't shoot and assault after they DS? I thought they could come in, infernus pistol some vehicle (transport) and them assault the insides. Is that wrong?

Thanks for the advice on the Libby infernus pistol, that sounds good. I had 15 pts left over and kinda just wanted to place the points somewhere Sang Priests would def make the list much better. Would you suggest giving them Power Weapons?

When using heroic intervention you can't move or shoot, but can assault if withing range.

Sanguinary priests don't 'need' power weapons, but if you have the points left over and literally nothing else to spend them on then I guess they could benefit. I prefer to leave them bog standard equipment (except jump pack if needed) and just have more of them. You're buying them for the furious charge and feel no pain really, not their individual power.
