(I had spare points) whirlwind with storm bolter


In the end there is only Chaos...

You do realize that all the termies cant fit in the land raider dont you, also two out of the three missions are objective missions so people will just kill the scouts and then you cant win. Also your not really making the most out of the twin linking ability with only one melta weapon in the whole army. Think you may need to go back to the drawing board with this one.

Well, the Chaos Space Marines have the chaos gods on their side, while the Space Marines have Games Workshop on their's.
So one has the most corrupt, twisted and souless entities in existance helping them while the other gets the chaos gods.

oh didn' t notice that one with the terimnators (usually don't play them)
also vulkan is just there because of the hammers and because he is cheap and powerfull

btw On the rulebook it says that the Land Rider can transport 12 models (I have 10 terminators and vulkan) It dose not say that it can' t transport terminators(like in the rhino rules) or a lesser amount

For the HQ, ten termies is too many at 1500, and you can only have 6 max in a LR. I would advise dropping the number to 5, and dropping the whirly, to save 295 points. Then replace the scouts with tax: PF, MM, meltagun and rhino for 460, leaving you with 165 points. With this I would get an ironclad dread with drop pod, or a sternguard squad with razorback.

EDIT: termy armour counts as 2 models for transport, hence only 6 in a LR

again I can' t find the rule where It says I can only pack 6 terminators in the LR could be my error but still no rule

it's under the land raider heading for transport capacity in C:SM

Ok I found the rule but It is not under the LR rules for transport so 5 terminators ok
I'll maybe drop one of the scout teams for some tactical marines with melta stuff

yeh, do try and make the most of Vulkan's special rule as he improves two of the most important metas in 40K

so now 5 terminators with hammers on land rider togeather with vulkan
then instead of the whirlwind and the scouts
10 tacticals
with 1 melta rifle and 1 multimelta

1 ironclad dreadnought
+heavy flamer

and a vindicator

or should i put the vindicator away and give the dread an assault-capsule ?
