Death Wing Army list 750pts and 1500pts

Ok I'm new to warhammer 40k and I made these 2 lists.

Belial w/MCPS and SB 130pts

Death Wing squad 1(1 S w/PS and SB, 3 T w/PFs and SBs, and Apothecary w/ PF and SB) 245pts
Death Wing squad 2(1 S w/PS and SB, 3 T w/ PFs and SBs, 1 T w/PF and AC) 245pts

Predator w/AC and 2 LCs 130pts
Total 750pts



Belial w/LCs 130pts

Death Wing squad 1(1 T w/LCs, 1 T w/DWCB and LCs, 3 T w/THs and SSs) 240pts
Death Wing squad 2(2 T w/LCS, 2 T w/PFs and SBs, 1 T w/PF and HF) 220
Death Wing squad 3(1 S w/PS and SB, 2 T w/PFs and SBs, 1 Apothecary w/PF and SB, 1 T w/ PF and AC) 275pts

Land speeder 100pts
multi-melta
assault cannon

Land Raider 265pts
extra armor

Land Raider Crusader 270
extra armor
pintle mounted SB
Multi-Melta (free)
Total 1500pts

Can't really give you tips because I can't even read the list....

While I've only read about deathwing, I'll give you what I know, it might be of some help.
The first list looks fine for the point value.
The second list though doesn't need a single land speeder, your better off using the points into maybe a drop pod dreadnought or something more along those lines

How ironic it is that as fast as we spread progress and hope throughout the galaxy, the Tyranids spread death and despair. Only united can we hope to stand against them.

Okey the 2 land raiders and the dreadnought will stay together. The DW squad 3 would DW assault in turn 1. I don't what else to say it depends what i'm facing

I slightly changed my list so it has a dreadnought, I can't put him in a drop pod 50pts, too expensive . I know that the land speeder is easy to destroy so I was going to move him behind my 2 land raiders or flat out so it can get a 4+ cover save. Maybe a Vindicator is better.

Well sir, it would appear you have to go back to the drawing board with your army after the FAQ was released. Your Terminators now have 2 shots with their Cyclone Launchers and 3+ Invul saves with their Storm Shields so you might need to see how your army will be affected by that.

Yeah the FAQ is awesome I left my Dark Aangels for chaos because of their under powered-ness but now they are rearing tearing matchines of over-powered marine-ness. You might want to add some chain fists in to squad 3 and 2 as you only have a land raider and a cyclone missile launcher for anti mech. And by the way I didn't know that you could put apothecary's in normal termminator squads and it would be put to better use in belial's personal squad.

I also have a multi-melta on my dred and crusader for anti mech and the Twin-linked Assult cannon is also good for anti mech. I'll might give squad 2 a chain fist and take away the dred's Heavy Flamer. I put the Apothecary in squad 3 since Feel no pain only works when he's shot at without the new FAQ.
