Competitive Thunderwolf Cav!!! 1500pts!

So Ive got another friend wanting to get into 40k. He's played lots of games but doesn't own his own army. He says he wants to play space wolves with lots of thunderwolf cavalry whilt being a competitive army. This is what I came up with for him! Also this is the first time Ive gone through the codex so sorry if its not all that good or if something is wrong Please tell me what you think!

1500pts

HQ
Wolf Lord 210pts
-Thunderwolf mount, belt of russ, frost axe, wolf tail talisman, andwolf tooth necklace.

TROOPS
Grey Hunters(6) 180pts
-Guy with flamer, guy with MOTW.
-Las/Plas RB.

Grey Hunters(6) 180pts
-Guy with flamer, guy with MOTW.
-Las/Plas RB.

FAST ATTACK
Thunderwolf Cavalry(4) 260pts
Guy with SS, guy with TH.[Lord rides with these guys]

Thunderwolf Cavalry(5) 345pts
Guy with MB and SS, guy with SS and guy with TH.

HEAVY SUPPORT
Long Fangs(5) 125pts
-All have ML

Hi mate, nice list by the way, the only things i would change if I were running it is,get rid of the flamers in the GH and give em melta guns, gives you that nice armour busting ability, and get rid of one thunder wolf from the group of 5 and give you LF squad that doesn't have any transport, the transport they will despeatly need, the last thing you want is a dawn of war deployment and having to foot slog it with these guys. Get rid of the melta bomb in that squad as well, if your taking a thunder hammer you dont need it to destroy armour. With regards to the LF and thier transport, swap the las/plas razor backs over with your GH units and give them Razorbacks with heavy bolters instead, no point in taking a weapon like that and closing with the enemy might as well give em the good news from afar.
