For instance, going of CLT40K's post, you could get for those 460 points...

Dreadnought with 2 x TL autocannon - 125
Dreadnought with 2 x TL autocannon - 125
Sternguard with 2 CM. In razorback with las/plas - 210

exactly 460 points.

Or

Dreadnought with 2 x TL autocannon - 125
Dreadnought with 2 x TL autocannon - 125
Land speeder with HF/MM - 70
Land speeder with HF/MM - 70
Land Speeder with HF/MM - 70

exactly 460 points again.

Thunder speeders only have AV10. I know you are worried about that low AV, but like you just said with TML you have 48" of range. Most people are not going to be using AT guns on a speeder, especially when you have a LR, 2 vindicators, and 2 razorbacks coming at them. Most games I play the speeders arent even touched due to all the other threats.

Then you are lucky because I see things like speeders as easy kill points.

Yes lucky, but at the same time I make an effort to keep them alive. Keeping them at distance and using cover. I like to use my vindicators as cover. So when facing said vindicator or speeder most people shoot the vindi instead. It has something to do with the S10 pie plate dropping on their faces.

It all comes down to the whole theory behind running Multiple Small Units... The loss of any one thing does not diminish your ability to kick out firepower every turn. You can make the speeders less attractive by making sure they have cover... and the more your opponent shoots at the things with cover, the better off you are... Also, unless they're within 24", anything that pens a speeder dosen't have to work that much harder for a Rhino as it's only one point of AV higher...

Also, as Vento mentions, if your target priority is Speeder>Vindicator... then you have other problems...

Thanks for your suggestion, guys!

So, my list will be as follows :

HQ (100 points)
Librarian (Gates of Infinity, Avenger)

Troops (670 points)
10 x Tactical Squad (7 x Bolter, 1 x MG, 1 x LC, Sergeant has PW, Razorback with TL LC)
10 x Tactical Squad (7 x Bolter, 1 x FL, 1 x ML, Sergeant has PW, Razorback with TL AC)
5 x Scout Squad (4 x Sniper Rifle, 1 x ML, Sergeant Telion)

Elites (250 points)
Dreadnought (2 x TL Autocannon)
Dreadnought (2 x TL Autocannon)

Heavy Support (335 points)
Vindicator
Vindicator
Predator w/ TL LC

Total points : 1355 points

There is still a lot of points left, about 145 points left. If I am going to take Landspeeder, I can only take 2 of them and I can't outfit them with Typhoon. So, my choices are as follows :
1. Dreadnought with TL LC
2. 2 x Landspeeder (HF/MM)
3. 1 x Landspeeder (HF), 1 x Landspeeder (HF, Typhoon ML)

Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated

Any of the three will work fine... at this point, it's down to preference.... Personally, I'd go for the dread... but that's just my preference.

OR......
You could spend those last 145 on some Sternguard with combi weapons and melta bombs. Have them Gate around with the Librarian and cause headaches for your opponent.

In some cases I would place a speeder over a vindicator because it is easier to destroy, has a bigger range and with the bonuses for cover this edition emphasises a vindicator does have the capacity to not cause much damage.

Target Priority. Use it well.

How about using Assault Cannon on the Dreadnoughts? Will that works also? Assault Cannon is much better than Auto Cannon when fighting infantry, but less effective when fighting heavy infantry or transports......
