Here are some thoughts.
HQ: Chapter Master Pedro Kantor (1#, 175 pts)
1 Chapter Master Pedro Kantor @ 175 pts (Frag Grenades; Krak Grenades; Iron Halo; Power Armour; Dorn's Arrow; Power Fist)

HQ: Space Marine Librarian (1#, 140 pts)
1 Space Marine Librarian @ 140 pts (...in Terminator Armour; Force Dome; Null Zone)
1 ...in Terminator Armour (Psychic Hood; Force Weapon; Storm Shield)
Instead of Force Dome, I would take gate of infinity so you can get one of your sternguard 24inches out of harm's way after they drop and shoot. Also, can move 24 inches to take objective. I would also consider just having regular armor and use the saved points elsewhere. Perhaps add combiweapon
Elite: Sternguard Veteran Squad (11#, 355 pts)
9 Sternguard Veteran Squad @ 355 pts (Frag Grenades; Krak Grenades; Power Armour; Special Issue Ammunition; Bolt Pistol x9; Bolter x3; Combi-Meltagun x4; Heavy Flamer x2; Drop Pod)
1 Sergeant (Frag Grenades; Krak Grenades; Power Armour; Special Issue Ammunition; Combi-Meltagun; Power Fist)
1 Drop Pod (Storm Bolter)

Elite: Sternguard Veteran Squad (11#, 350 pts)
9 Sternguard Veteran Squad @ 350 pts (Frag Grenades; Krak Grenades; Power Armour; Special Issue Ammunition; Bolt Pistol x9; Bolter x3; Combi-Meltagun x4; Heavy Flamer x2; Drop Pod)
1 Sergeant (Frag Grenades; Krak Grenades; Power Armour; Special Issue Ammunition; Bolter; Power Fist)
1 Drop Pod (Storm Bolter)

Elite: Ironclad Dreadnought (2#, 215 pts)
1 Ironclad Dreadnought @ 215 pts (Extra Armor; Searchlight; Smoke Launchers; Hunter-Killer Missile(s) x2; Ironclad Assault Launchers; Dreadnought CCW; Meltagun; Seismic Hammer; Heavy Flamer; Drop Pod)
1 Drop Pod (Storm Bolter)
This is not a bad choice. However, you might consider dropping the whirlwind and stripping your Librarian to add a third Sternguard unit. This gives you another scoring unit and a much more powerful shooting unit. By Combat squading your sternguard you have the possibility of killing up to six mechs or monstrous creatures. The firepower of the Sternguard is much more powerful than a Whirlwind.

Troops: Scout Squad (5#, 85 pts)
4 Scout Squad @ 85 pts (Frag Grenades; Krak Grenades; Scout Armour; Bolt Pistol x4; Sniper Rifle x3; Missile Launcher)
1 Sergeant (Frag Grenades; Krak Grenades; Scout Armour; Bolt Pistol; Sniper Rifle)

Troops: Scout Squad (5#, 85 pts)
4 Scout Squad @ 85 pts (Frag Grenades; Krak Grenades; Scout Armour; Bolt Pistol x4; Sniper Rifle x3; Missile Launcher)
1 Sergeant (Frag Grenades; Krak Grenades; Scout Armour; Bolt Pistol; Sniper Rifle)

Heavy Support: Whirlwind (1#, 85 pts)
1 Whirlwind @ 85 pts (Searchlight; Smoke Launchers; Whirlwind Multiple Missile Launcher)

Total Roster Cost: 1490
Please note that these are just some thoughts to give you a different perspective. What you have is fine

I liked your previous list much better. The drop pods are much better choices. In your previous list you could drop pod two full squads of sternguard that if they are maxed out with combi-meltas and combat squaded could knock off 4 powerful units in the first turn. Putting stuff in Razorbacks means you have to drive to your target and you will not get there. This is a very weak army compared to your previous list. You only needed to tweek your other list---and it was good already.
