Default 3 1500pt Space Marine Lists; Which should I take to Throne Of Skulls?

A friend of mine will be joining me for Throne Of Skulls in March and is looking to get some feedback on which of these 3 army lists to use as well as possible improvements.

The Tactical squads will be deployed as needed most of the time inside the Rhinos for objective rushing with the squad with the Plasma Cannon on the Comms Relay. The Chapter Master and the Terminator squad will come in on the Stormraven, the Comms Relay increasing the chance of it arriving on turn 2. So what do you think to his three lists and which was seems the best suited for Throne Of Skulls?

I think the terminators are going to be the hardest to kill off but I don't know if the Raven is going to make it's points back if you hit a tau opponent. Have you considered a land raider crusader?

Right, I've got to ask what chapter tactics is your friend taking for any/all of these lists? Difficult to tell from the lists and by knowing we can tailor our suggestions.

But taking the lists as they are, they all are quite interesting. I personally feel more affinity to list 1. It is a far more rounded list, ticking the majority of the boxes. I would assume that the tactical squads are combat squading?

Not really that much I can say without knowing who these guys are. Just beware of hordes or heavy mech armies and should be relatively alright.

Ps. I'm hoping to attend this year as well. If you're around Friday was going to pre-reg and grab a drink/try and rustle up a game

“Insane? You dare to claim that we are insane? I find this very amusing. You see, there is no such thing as sanity. Why? Because the nature of sanity depends on the context the term is used. A man living in squalor may call the rich man insane for wasting food, while the rich man in return may call the poor insane for living off his waste. You slaughter thousands and squander the resources of planets on foolish incursions to please a corpse and his corrupted followers. And you have the nerve to call me insane? Oh poor misguided individual, pray to whatever deity you serve and hope he is merciful, for those who find themselves trapped in the spiders web have little else they can do”

Lord Nerthro of the ‘Heralds of Absurdity’ to what remained of an Imperial scouting party
