Sky Talons and Storm Ravens are fairly terrible (the latter due to being without something worthwile to put in them). Vendetta's are better.

Aside from "Oh cool, that's a lot of flyers", and "cool, you've got SM flyers", they're pretty horrendous. Elysians aren't as powerful as Guard due to the greater flexibility of Guard Troops choices, so you want to ally with something that actually has flexibility, and in return, you've just actively weakened yourself.

I can't see much of optimizing this "flier list" when you're limited to a single squadron of Vendetta's. My honest opinion is to swap the lists around, have Guard as the Primary, using Melta Vets and Valkyries supported by Vendetta's, while the SM support in Drop Pods or if Imperial Armour is on the table, the allies list should look something like Tyberos + Terminators in a Stormraven.

Yeh proably right this was just a funny idea I had when I. Saw that marines could take both storm talons and storm ravens

It would certainly be a lot of money to make this list a reality.

Honestly, if you have Storm Ravens you need Dreadnaughts to synergize with.

Go Elysian Allied with normal guard, that way you get the Flexiblity out of the Infanrty blob from normal guard, Take plasma vets for Elysian and 4 vendetta's that are independent of each other, and still have the Wow that's a lot of flyers ..

Some decent ideas the idea of the gaurd element was origanally to get a large blob squad for some table presence so you dont get tabled turn 1 by only having flyers
