Watch those itemized points costs. That there is a violation of the rules methinks.

Aside from that, move the Reclusiarch to Elites and let him be a Chaplain and save points. I also have never had a use for extra armour as of yet because of being glanced to death via Hit Points. 75 points to use elsewhere.

In your DC, what can a Thunder Hammer do that the Power Fist on your Chappy can't do? That's two more power swords, or almost two extra models for the squad. They look damn cool, but I can't see a real reason aside from that to play a TH in DC.

Unfortunately Canada got rid of the penny and now my two cents rounds down to zero, so...take it for what you will.

Absolutely. They are Independant Characters with the same stat line as Reclusiarch's save that they have one less wound and BS.

Well first of all i think you forgot to change the points when you got rid of the individual upgrades (for the last couple at least).

As for the list: I agree with ntaw on what he posted. In addition, I would (personally) drop the epistolary upgrade, unless you have a specific use for it in mind those points could almost always be better spent.
As for the list as a whole, it seems kinda all over. If these are the models you have then no need to go out and buy new ones, but if you are planning to buy or have lots of models I would go for something with more cohesion: Right now you have 1 tank, 2 jump squads, 1 footslogger and 1 dread in a pod (plus a flier). The Tac. are much less mobile than the rest of your army, the tank is unsupported (as in its pretty much the only AT target so will probably be destroyed, until the dread arrives at least). Its not a necessarily bad list (in fact it has a lot of great elements), but it has specific elements that can be countered easily.

You're a little light on scoring units (18 models, 3 possible scoring units) for one.

I would go for HB rather than HF on the Baal if I were you.

Missile launcher>HB in the Tac.

Also you have 23 points left over. With this you could get a storm bolter (if you wanter, or drop some searchlights) upgrade that Baal to have HB and then have 15 points leftover for a PW in the ASM.
