HQ:

Captain Tycho; Cost: 175

Elite:

Sternguard; Cost: 245
7 strong; 4X Combi-Melt
"Rhino"

Troops:

Tactical Squad; Cost: 255 (WILL BE combat squaded)
Meltagun; Plasma Cannon
Sergeant; Combi-Meltagun; Power Weapon
"Rhino"

Tactical Squad; Cost: 285 (WILL BE combat squaded)
Flamer; Missile Launcher
Sergeant; Combi-Flamer; Power Weapon
"Razorback" Twin-Linked Lascannon

Tactical Squad; Cost: 245
Meltagun; Multi Melta
Sergeant; Combi-Meltagun; Power Fist
"Drop Pod"

Heavy Support:

2 Vindicator; Cost: 290

I think this list is better as a normal dex list*

Consider still painting a blood angels, but just run a norm dex at this stage

Saying this as tac/rhino dearer BA (I think)

*on the other hand vindi's are dearer but better

If you go BA i'd strongely consider one of those squads be DC for close combat purposes

and a rebranded pedro or sali man seem more useful then tyco

Why oh why do all our characters have issues

Well if you insist on using this as BA (Which I am for, Vindis can move 12 and still shoot :D and all that jazz) then 1) Put the SG in the pod, they are much more effective there than Tac. are by far. 2) Don't assume you will combat squad (except for the razorback one, if you want). What if its kill points? 3) I would switch the Tacbacks with some DC (as suggested above), keep it to 6 and they all fit (or just make it a rhino). Not bad list, just a very... odd... one, for BA.

This makes me this of a heresy army minus that the squads are only ten strong. It's not very 40k BA, that's for sure. Aside from this having the potential to be a decent Crimson Fist army it doesn't seem too bad, just a very vanilla approach to Blood Angels.

Seeing a list like this makes me want to start a heresy army.

Unfortunately Canada got rid of the penny and now my two cents rounds down to zero, so...take it for what you will.

Seriously though, SG in the pod Tac. in rhinos. It works well. Then I would consider adding in DC instead of 1 Tac. squad, you have ~0 assault troops in a BA army...

Same as JAMOB. Even if you don't want to put in DC, you should still put the sternguard in the drop pod.
