List choices that build on top of each other:

1.I decided to fill my 2 Elite slots (beside Termis) with Rifleman Dreads instead of AC/LC Predators because I prefer that they can move and shoot better than Predator, can shoot over Rhinos, and are more accurate and thus supress better than Predators. The Predators and Heavy support in general are just too static for the list IMO. The 2 Rifleman and 1 ML Combat squad would be transport killers and vehicle supressors. Meltaguns would do the main vehicle destruction as expected.

2. I think the Attack Bikes are too good to pass up with Vulkan. With the re-roll to hit (8/9 to hit), you can almost rely on 1 attack bike to shoot and kill ssomething where you would want 2 Attack Bikes for regular Codex Marines. That means you have an extra "ablative body" and can afford to lose 2 AB's when going after a Land Raider. When the unit is grouped together, they also give out less KP's I believe. I don't see it as either AB or LS. I think they compliment each other very well particularly allowing LS to be in a more reserved role either on the table hiding behind an armor column or Deep striking.

3. Remember, that Vulkan's ability to Twin-Link comes at the expense of Combat Tactics. This means that I can't willingly fallback with my Tactical Marines. This is why I took Powerfists for my 2 Rhino Flamer squads who will be going forward to try to seize objectives. With Flamers and Rapid Firing, you're going to see close combat that you can't fall back from. If I had Combat Tactics or this was smaller game, I wouldn't take the fists.

4. The AC/LS Predator that I'm not taking does have one advantage which is the ability to shoot 2+ save stuff like Termis and Monstrous Creatures. Since I need a squad to hold my objectives, I decided on a Tac Squad that would Combat Squad with Plasma and Combi-Plasma to fill this hole. Rapid-firing plasmaguns would have a decent chance to put some hurt on them. The ML combat squad would assist in vehicle supression and could also pair with the HB on Razorback to thin out some Hordes at range.
If I dropped by 2 Powerfists from my Rhino tacs, I could easily upgrade my Razorback to Lascannon/Plasmagun and upgrade my Missle Launcher to a Lascannon. I kinda like the setup I have with cheaper Razorback because it's not going to be as targeted as if it had a lascannon turret. I know that the Powerfist isn't as good as it was in 4th, but my list is really light on melee with only Vulkan's retinue having power and I can't rely on Combat Tactics to withdraw from combat. Even my Dreads aren't really providing any melee prowess.

expext the enemy to take out your rhinos and leave you metas out in the open with no tanks nearby
i agre that giveing you razor a crap wepon it dosnt get shot at to much
i dont have my codex but if its posibal give the razor a hflamer as vulken helps it
