Well, lot is going to depend on the army size you are attempting to build. A list cannot contain a lord level character until 2000 points and then only one.

As a general guideline I would recommend the addition of some clanrat slaves. I run 100 at 2250 but a few more or less can work depending on your play style. The key to using slaves, and ice found most skaven units is to just consider them all throw away units. For the most part everything is expendable. The trick is then it making the sacrifice work for you by opening up a flank or taking away rank or even just giving you the charge.

All the time I have now, hope you find that helpful. There are lots of good tactics articles on the web

Too many points in Lords/heroes. Grey Seer and bell, 2 warlock enginseers, and a BSB are more appropriate at this level of points. You do need 2000 to field a Bell.

Put all of these into one group for pushing the bell. More rats is better for bellshoving. Add 2 30 rat slave units to fill out the troops requirement.

More rats is better for this. Take the special character upgrade here.

Too small, eliminate or double in size

Add Hellpit abomination. No question, best piece in the army

Can't field a Grey seer, hes a lord choice no lords till 2000pts same with Queek i think You can take up to 3 chars before 2000 none can be a lord at 2000pts you can get up to 4 chars up to 1 of which can be a lord

Look at your making an army list instructions Same with your core choices.

You can't give a couple of clanrats spears the whole regiment must be equiped the same. you even have to pay for the command group to have them.

20 clanrats are too small to be a viable unit 25 minimum if you want them to do anything
