Ive just started airbrushing myself, so my opinion is purely from a noobs point of view. Im using the Neo for Iwata gravity feed airbrush, and I find it to be pretty damn good for the price.

If using neat dettol, make sure you rub the paint off in the dettol. Then it comes away really easily. Do not put under a running tap or in water otherwise it will gunk up like crazy.
