I have never personally read of them on a Space Hulk although there have been a few stories of them in situations similar to "Space Hulk" such the 1st and 2nd Novels in the Word Bearers Omnibus....

The IW still operate under "Grand Companies" but the actual sizes of these is inconsistent (kind of like Word Bearers Hosts or Alpha Legion Cells). Just think of them like better organized Warbands...
