I'm half way through my outpost build.

Copying an idea from Dusty, I have built a small parking bay for an armoured transport. I have also included a way to use it along side my watchtower or without it. And most of it is made from old floppy diskettes.

Picture coming up over the weekend.

Anybody else made any progress?

Not yet. Got an idea and some piles of scrap is all.

But what else does an orc need?

My outpost is still in progress but in the final stage, I'm gluing the flock and detailing the surfaces.

I have pushed the completion date for this challenge out until the end of May. This will give you an extra couple of weeks to complete it.

There will be another challenge after this one has completed, and I will give more details on this nearer the end of May.

I'll give terrain a try! Considering my store doesn't have any xenos style terrain ill give Eldar scenery a try! Might be a challenge for a first project, but I love challenges

My understanding is any games system smidge.
WHF is fine, even another manufacturers game such as Warmachine or Confrontation would be good as long a the scale is about the same (No sneaky Epic buildings lol).

VV is correct. ANY model or type that is loosely around 28mm is fine and dandy. I might even accept an outstanding Flames of War building. Gamesday is over so I can focus a bit more on this, though I am now getting ready for GD Chicago.

Aye, assignments... Glad to hear you're feeling better Thanatos; I haven't been sick, but I have just handed in a 6,000 word assignment. Strangely, my pile of bits is still a pile of bits, and I can't remember what my idea was.

Oh if only I had a drawing board to get back to...
