Default Swamp bases?

I'm currently painting some pre heresy death guard and I'm trying to decide on how to base them. I was thinking of doing them in a swamp and was thinking of ways to do it. At first I Thought of maybe using lustrian undergrowth over the top of some rocks and soils a long with some burnt grass and water effects, but maybe that's to much, any suggestions?

My fantasy lizards are normal weedy flocked bases with glossy, muddy pools of water throughout their bases. It looks pretty good, and doesn't have that "overdone" effect.

Don't know how practical this is for doing on an army but it looks like a really good effect that I want to try out at some point: http://www.coloureddust.com.pl/2014/...r-dummies.html

Me: To be honest im amazed there isn't a chaos god of not revising or at least chaos god of procrastination

MidnightSun: There will be, when enough people do it. Y'know when the Eldar were all engaging in their hedonism and Slaanesh ripped open the Eye of Terror with his creation? Slaanesh will have NOTHING on the God of Procrastination, and his vile minions will carve the galaxy asunder in a thousand year reign of blood.... Tomorrow

Great for a single scenic base, or maybe the Warlord figure, but it would take years to do a whole army!
