Default Questions Regarding the Aegis Defence Line

Recently I have been looking at the Ageis defence line for my ork army. But don't want to use the standard imperial version and am liking the ork barricade released a while ago but there's only a few (5?) Sculpts how would I go about making more. While sticking to the same style but having peices unique enough to be different from the other peices.

A second question what are the standard dimensions for an ageis defence line? How tall? How long ? ( I thought that the original kit has like 20" of wall)

Thanks Battman

Well the best thing about having one for Orks is that anything goes! I would personaly save myself money and build them from plasti card and other bits from any of the scenery kits GW make. If you look at Ork glyphs etc they are real simple designs so the task should be easy.

For the dimensions, the Ageis defence line when put together is about 28 inches long and sits about chest height on a standard space marine.
