Default Never ending gaming table.

I have been working on my gaming table for some time now and thought since I have not really posted on here I'd show it to you guys for your opinions.

A little bit of background, I wanted my table to have fixed terrain features but don't want to be restricted to playing on the same terrain all the time. I also wanted my table to be 6'x4', with this in mind I head to B&Q (local DIY store) and bought a 8'x4' sheet of MDF and got them to cut it in to 4 sections. When I got it home I bolted 3 of the sections to an old desk I was using as my base and cut the remaining sheet to use as an edge frame. Whilst I was at B&Q I stumbled across some packs of insulation foam, they are polystyrene and are 4'x1.5' and come in packs of 4, this would cover the area I needed and also meant that if I wanted to extend the board it would be easy to do.

Off I went to get one of these packs, my first board would be fairly open with hills on both long edges and some buildings on one of the short edges (This is to become part of my next board). Without further delay, photos.

Assuming you keep on buying 8x4 mdf bits and slicing them, you could make loads of those and lay them all out connected and make the world's longest gaming board. Might be nice to hold a world record.

I haven't had much time to work on the table recently but I have a few days off so I might make the most of it and do some work on it.
