It's all good, nice to see it fleshed out.

Hey Malachi, two questions, how does the owl fly? Fixed wing with air magic or flaps, or flaps with air wind magic?

For your diamond plating, even with today's technology and standards such thing would be ridiculously expensive, and almost technologically impossible(due to diamonds super tough nature), it be possible to say you called in a favor from a terra mancer or something? It's not really that big a deal really, considering its a world of robotic tanks and magic, it just stood out to me and is totally meant as a positive criticism

Alright, Roy, for your benefit I have added the following to the Hawk's profile:-

Quote:
Runes of flight and endurance adorn each wind, and the mechanical creation's beak, sharp as a razor, has a diamond coating, as do its talons, which had been created prior to his return to the country by a master terramancer to Glaïmbar’s exacting standards; even the slightest fault with the measurements and the dwarf would have demanded them to be redone
And I haven't really thought about how Sky-Talon actually moves ... I would say that he flaps his wings as opposed to using magic, because Kerin-Curan doesn't have any air-mages and I don't want to say he used magic in it's creation because it's an invention rather than an enchantment.

A heads-up for anyone wanting to sign up or ask questions: I'm away Thursday to Sunday. So I may take a while to get back to you.

No problem! As long as people aren't 'Hurr-durr it's stooopid' I'm happy to listen to criticism

I'd like to think it's akin to the mechanical owl in the original clash of the titans?

Well, yeah, it would be kinda like that, but not quite so ... Rigid? As in, the legs would have a natural range of movement and the neck would be a bit more moveable as well. Sky-Talon also won't talk, via clicks or any other mechanism.
