Default Tyranids

I have started painting my Tyranids and just thought I would share them here I am not the best painter but I enjoy doing it.

My Hivefleet has no name and really no fluff at this time so if any one has any suggestions let me know!

This was the test model for my paint scheme I couldn't find decent spray paint where I am so I had to use some glossy stuff. Other than that I think she turned out ok.

looking good, but the green is too overpowering for me,give it a wash to darken it a little, or leave it if thats what you were going for, other than that keep it up

You could try something about the fluff of the Tyranids??

Dwarves: They are strong, short warriors that drink, mine, build, mine, drink, shoot, drink and make the best weapons around.... and drink....
But, hey! I bet you don't get a Steel Blimp!

I like the contrast of the purple and green, especially against black.

If you're going for names, remember that hive fleets are named after monsters, usually mythical ones, the monstrously huge mythical ones. Someone can correct me, but I don't think ones like Scylla or Charybdis have been taken (though Scylla was used for a now destroyed Ork-controlled space hulk). I picked the pair since they're known for devouring.
