I should never be allowed near a modelling table...

Howdy folks!

I hope this isn't too far afield but recently I did a small diorama for a friend of mine's birthday. She wanted something buxom so I picked out a mounted Bretonnian sorcererous. However, she is also quite mad and like taking pictures of herself wearing fake mustaches. She also likes 'sparkle-farting unicorns'. Combined with her love of alcohol, I set about creating a 'proper' representation of her to the best of my abilities. So, with these in mind, I made her this:

I greenstuffed a mustache, a horn and a fart. I made a near-empty six-pack using some old sprue (from the old RTBo1 MkVI beaky sprues lol) and plasticard. I had to reposition the tail in order to fit in the gaseous emissions lol. Sill, she rather liked it!

Good luck and good gaming,

Nate

Not bad, not bad at all...

Only thing that bugs me is the signpost is a bit too thick and tall... ease back on the Viagra, bro ;).

You, my friend, can have some rep just for daring to write "sparkle-farting unicorns".

The very fabric of my reality very nearly ruptured when I read that - and with no sparkles in sight either!:shok:

This lady-friend of yours sounds like a fun character to know. Imaginitive model too - nice touch with the sign post.:)

You would have to pick something like the signpost to nit pick, you bloody heretic! :threaten: Viagra, indeed... Harumph, I say... HARUMPH! :ireful2: The only reason it's so big is because that was the smallest diameter they had LOL! Trust me bud, I would have gone smaller if they'd had it .

As for the sparkles, I had orginally intended to model the 'fart' and sprinkle it with glitter. However, my man-senses stopped me. Sorry but standing there waiting to check out with a dowel rod in one hand and a tub full of sparkly glitter just seemed to send off the wrong signals...especially since I had just gotten off work and I was in overalls... In the end, I just painted them on. That thing sticking out of the unicorn's arse (the bit that looks like Captain Caveman's club with all the colored dots) is the sparkle fart heh heh heh...

As for my friend, yes she is a fun character. In fact, I don't think I'd be going out on a limb to call her insane!

Thanks for the kind words fellas!

Good luck and good gaming,

Nate

Completely agree and something I do not think I would ever read!

Thanks all for the kind words! I'm glad I could be of humorous service! LOL! The problem is now I have to top it next year some how... /sigh... At least I have a year to figure out something LOL!

Good luck and good gaming,

Nate

How about next year you try something TRULY radical... a somewhat portly saddlemaker with sparkle farts?
