How to glue resin

Hi there.

I got the SoB bits to add to a tank, as well as the FW doors for my whirlwind/exorcist. So it'll look similar to the FW Exorcist, but with the WW turret instead of a custom one.

Sorry that this is a pretty dumb question, but how do I glue FW resin to GW plastics?

I'd be happy if I can use Polystyrene Cement, as I much prefer that to super glue, but I know it only works properly on poly plastics.

Thanks!

Superglue or Araldite.

Plastic glue will not work to bond the two materials.
It will soften the plastic and do nought to the resin.

You'll probably need to straighten the resin pieces, too. FW is notorious for it.

Okay. Cheers. I thought as much, but thought I'd double check to be sure.

Straightening the resin isn't a problem, I'll just run it under the hot tap. Much the same as DnD minis, but it probably needs more heat.

Daz, make sure you wash that resign with soap and a soft toothbrush too. I had a bit of a problem with my resin bits falling apart after i thought they were stuck...
