everything is looks alright...

except that your 4 NMs short to take the blast master per squad.

Re read the codex :)
The worded it weirdly but on purpose.

One Noise Marine Per ten models may replace his bolt gun with a blast master. As everything else is worded saying for every 5 or 10 models I would take this to mean even at 9 or less models one is able to take a BM an more as a limitation on not being able to take more then 1 for 10 or less models. Now I may be wrong and I don't play them often anyway but until FAQ or Errata fixes the wording we allow it where I play.

On a side note the list looks good except I hate ectoplasm Cannon

The way it is worded in the Codex is fairly clear. "One in Ten" may upgrade to a BM. Versus the wording for vanilla CSM troops that says something like "in a squad of ten or more, one may upgrade". I'm not even sure they will FAQ that.

With greater numbers of 2+ saves in the game, Ectoplasma seems good. It can definitely chew through hull points, but I think with the "It Will Not Die" rule and the Warpsmith nearby, they should be okay. I haven't playtested that yet though, just theoryhammer at this point.

What do we think of Oblits in this edition? Worth taking a slot from other heavies? I considered taking three Forgefiends, two loaded out with Plasma. Tough to beat Oblit flexibility though. I also have three Vindi's and am considering Defilers.

How have people found the Heldrake and Helbrute? Crazed had been nerfed which is great.

So many different ways to build lists with this codex!

Just as a note folks, I've put these arguments up ALOT about the Noise Marines. I'm with Zaden and Pyro that the Blastmaster can be used in a squad of 5, or 9, or 10... while the 2nd BM starts at 11 models. Because Noise Marines say one PER ten, while Cultists and Termies say 'For Every X Models, you may...' However, I was smacked down fairly hard by other members of this forum and 40kforums that I was wrong.

In other words; it's a HIGHLY debatable, and possibly highly controversial issue in an army list.
