Default star wars table top

Anyone know if there are any good quality Star Wars miniatures to paint?

I think it would be pretty awesome to play a Star Wars battles tabletop wargame, I dont suppose there's ever been one?

Well I am not sure about paintable minis...but WOTC had a GREAT game out. Star Wars collectable minis game. They were prepainted but I did many conversions and paint ing on them. The game consisted of making "war bands" based on points and fighting to the death or time limit. It was a D20 game and all stats came on an included card. FOrce users start with a certain number of force point to use on there force powers and some even regenate froce points every turn.

You are in luck my good man:

Knight models makes some amazing Star Wars sculpts.

There's no rules, but you could use them as counts as for malifaux or a similar skirmish game.

Wow yeah some of those sculpts are amazing, particularly the 70mm darth maul and vader ones with the crazy capes and such. I feel like there must be a better way to paint the lightsabers, make em a bit brighter. Hm...

A lot of the jedi and trooper stances could be a bit cooler I think, a lot of them are in kind of bland poses, but they still have great detail. Again the 70mm maul and vader and the 30 mm vader ones are probably the best in my opinion.

thanks for link!

If you all find anymore stuff feel free to let me know about anything else as well.

starwars battlefront for the tabletop, ah that'd be amazing lol. I still probably like 40k races a bit more but it would be a sweet change from time to time. Not to mention I've known about starwars my whole life and 40k for only a few years.

No worries, i find it very hard to resist buying anything from them

Once the deadpool sculpt comes out (fingers crossed) I will cave though. And if the models are as good as they look i'll probably have to buy more then.....

There's a miniature game, but that's the closest you're going to get (I may look to be selling mine).

If someone lacks intelligence, than he is not stupid, because one cannot be stupid without intelligence.

If someone reverts to having to complain about your grammar, then you already won.

Many are but not all. As I wrote in an earlier post they are easy to convert and fix with washes and highlight paints. I own boxes of them and enjoy the game a lot.

Also on ebay currently the is someone trying to sell a marine army that he painted like Imperial Storm Troopers.(TK421,,,why aren't you at your post?)
