Great review mate, can't say I have ever seen this played locally but I certainly wouldn't just walk on past having read your write up.

Sadly, the thing about Non-GW games is that you don't see as many people playing them at Games clubs (especially if it's a Games Workshop games store) so it's always a pain in the arse when you find a Game that you like but nobody plays. If you really want to play a game but can't find anybody else that plays, try and get your freinds into them aswell or the people at your local games club, that way you can have somebody to play against.

Regards,
Jake.

i've never played Flames of War before, but every time I go by my independent retailer, I spend a few minutes looking through the minis, tempted to buy a set, but I always give in to the urge to buy more 40k. need to set aside some money to start playing this game!

Aye, it's a good game and shouldn't be turned away

And don't forget people that I am always on the lookout for new ideas for Systems to feature in the future.

If you have any ideas that you'd like to put forward post them on this thread - https://www.heresy-online.net/forums/...ad.php?t=21166

And if there's ever anybody who'd like to have a go at helping out in the future or contribute something, feel free to PM me on the matter.

Regards,
Jake.

Game looks great, but I find it hilarious that they have an army for finland, but not one for japan.

Flames is awesome, I'm slowly building a Heavy Tank Company, a couple of tigers led by a Kingtiger or two

Very awesome mate I can not believe I did not read this sooner! Maybe on the next review on miniatures having some unpainted minis for examples would be a nice idea.

New Report Red, i've heard some people talk about FoW it seems like an intesrting game.

How ironic it is that as fast as we spread progress and hope throughout the galaxy, the Tyranids spread death and despair. Only united can we hope to stand against them.
