Default YuGiOh

Anyone still play that? I haven't played in a while but my buds got me back into it. They envy me for all my original 'real' cards of the Egyptian Gods, Andro Sphinx & Sphinx Telaia, etc.

I currently have a Bug deck and an Ancient Gear deck (and a cyber deck I completed when I traded my friend the Obelisk the Tormenter for a bundle of rare cards). I'm also working on a Roid deck.

How 'bout you guys?

The problom with Yu-Gi-Oh is that to manny people invest to much time and money into it, and get really anoying because its really a simple game, and they get all worked up over it. Its just not worth it. Its fun for a 1-off every now and then, but its overpriced for its fun factor. That didnt stop me when I was 11 though. In retrospect it was wasted money. Oh, and machines are where it was at. Bugs sucked (just sayin). I still play mayby 2 or three games a year when I'm board of MTG, but I havent played for a good 10 months so far. Sorry if this was unwanted.

I paint in the local store on sundays, when Yu-gi-oh happens. I don't really know anything about the game, but an employee once very aptly described the group as "a bunch of f*cking mutants," and I have to agree... there are like five kids who show up with their parents, and then there are some really freaky people in their late 30's who could easily be members of NAMBLA or something, or are otherwise just...creepy.

I collected the cards for collections sake about...7 years ago at the age of 9. Then I discovered warhammer, and realised I was looking at bits of card. Naff.

Sorry Fenrakk though, I mean, if you enjoy it, keep going. If I stopped playing warhammer when someone told me it was crap, I'd have stopped playing it....lots of times. Er, yeah, the analogy didn't really work, but I'm sure you get what I was getting at.
