Cheers man, you can use all sorts for it, I prefer Marmite because I know that no one is going to eat it in my house and also you can (for want of a better word) paint on the area's that you want to strip the whitewash from. When I set up the FoW blog I'll try and add a step by step for it. Nice cheap dedicated hobby aide. You can also use rock salt crystals (added when previous layer is tacky- which adds depth but can end with almost bubbles so need to be careful), toothpaste which also works ok getting paint off (again be careful its abrasive) and obviously use a sponge for a dappled/marbled effect

Yes thats the one part of the painting process that I have to admit that I am not really looking forward to, I don't really understand how the tank numbering system works. Although adding the Balkan crosses will be interesting depending on the year that I choose to have my force hail from

Lots more detail and though is going into this then I initially thought.

I would leave the numbers off till you decide what team and year you are doing. Usually the number it the battalion, followed by the platoon, then the unit itself. 211, 212, 213 etc.

But this can change with year and area etc. :D

Basically you will do alot of reading of historical armies before you number lol

List is looking really nice Bruv!! Again however my concern is no anti-aircraft. If you come against planes tanks will die. An idea is 88's the kill planes and tanks :D, or take some cheap flak halftracks. It depends on what you're list allows and whether you go against planes of course.

du hast, verdammt noch mal, Recht (sorry getting into character)

Well since I own most of the list (except the NW41's) so would only need the Konigstiger and the AA Platoon

Company HQ, 240 pts
1 Tiger I E,
Bergpanther Recovery

Schwere Panzer Platoon - 430 pts
2 Tiger I E

Schwere Panzer Platoon - 345 pts
1 Konigstiger

Gepanzerte Panzergrenadier Platoon - 225
Command Panzerknacker SMG, Sd Kfz 251/1, 6 x MG, 3 x Sd Kfz 251/1

Motorised Artillery Battery - 210
1 Command SMG, 1x Staff Team, 2 x Observer Rifle Team, 2 x Kublewagen,
4 x 10.5cm leFH18

Luftwaffe Heavy AA Gun Platoon - 50
Command SMG, Kfz 15 Field Car, 8.8cm Flak 36, Kfz 7 (8t) half-track

Have lost a Tiger for a Konigstiger, upped the artillery back to how it was, included a recovery vehicle and included some AA

Looking real nice now Bruv!! Be sure to post some photos at some stage . I'm currently working on Transferring my SS Panzergrenadier Kompany into an IG Death Korps Kriegs army . I've still got my FOW but it's in storage currently while I search for a bigger place .

Sounds like a cool concept, I'll be placing my order for the Konigstiger, Bergpanther and 88 at the end of the month, everything so far is assembled (apart from the fiddly bits on the Tigers) so work will commence on the standard bases at some point.

I'll be adding pics to my FOW plog (below in sig) which has got pics of my assembled artillery platoon

Nice one bruv!! If you use rare earth magnets for the turrest they can be moved or removed depending of whats going on. Also you can get magnets from Battlefront they same size as your figures bases which makes transport easy. Just some helpful knowledge :D. I'll be checking your Plog too
