i'm a big fan of trukk rush lists, they are usually my goto list when i'm not sure what to bring. so without further a due her is some food for thought.
pretty much what Morfangdakka has said. if you were going to keep any of those gubbins the super cybork would be all, just to give him eternal warrior and the invul save. As morfangdakka has said just give him the mega armour and mabe swap out the twin linked shoota for a combi scorcher.
wrecking balls are a waste of time because if your trukk/wagon is that close get out and go snip snip with the boyz.
what you need to remember is those trukks are there for one reason to get your boyz in your opponents face pronto if they're around after that it is a bonus.
another thing you could look at, is dropping one of the units of bikers and filling the heavy support slots. with either a unit of 5 Kanz with rokkits or even better get yourself a gorkanaut. you want to give your opponent to much to think about so you can get your trukk mobs into the thick of it hopefully unharassed.
meks are wasted if they aren't in a transport and never used with lootas as you give up a deff gun.
the buzzsaw on a defkopta although sounds really good when combined with the hit and run of the kopta's you need to remember it is your initiative that will let you down with this as hit and run is based off of it. leave the kopta's to do what they do best harrass armour, objective grabbing etc. drop the two buzzsaw's give you another twin linked rocket kopta with points to spare.
the boyz in trukks ALWAYS i mean ALWAYS Nob with powerklaw and shoota no if, buts, or maybes. the only optional item for the nob should be the boss pole even then, that should be taken 90% of the time.
sorry if it comes off a little harsh that wasn't my intention. it's just hard to portray what i'm trying to get across in a message with out it sounding like i'm having a go at your list.
anyway hope this gives you a little more insight into the glory of the orks.
