Edited, revised and back for more.

Alright, I took some advice from you gracious ork warlords from the last time, and have been changing my list daily for about a week. I can't decide how my army should be composed, there are so many options!
I eventually came out with something that looks like this.

Madgob's Dakkaladz

This list is going to be used in tournaments at my local RT store, but I'm really wondering if it could take on all the armys of the 40k universe. Any ideas i could change to make the list a little bit more rounded (particularly with AV14 killing, i dont know what i'll do when that land raider gets set on the table).

First off I like your list. But some things I'd consider would be taking those tank bustas out of it. I know some people like them, I played 2 games with them. I think they limit your choice of action greatly. If I was you I'd:

1-Take out the Tankbustas
2-Put 5 more Lootas in each squad
3-Use the extra points to replace the Big Shootas in 3 of your squads with Rokkit Launchas

That leaves you with 2 squads armed with Big Shootas and 3 squads of Rokkits.

Zzap Guns may be your answer to the Heavy Armor problem you were considering. Batteries of 3 should do the trick. I don't use them so I don't know the exact points cost. You'll have to take out one of the Looted Wagons, but with Armor 11 that may be a good thing.

Really your worried about AV14 with 2- Shokk Attack Guns, 3 boom guns, a tank busta squad and Pk's in every squad. Nope you have nothing to fear from raiders especially if you hit it with a SAG its basically a long range zzap gun with some fun extras.

I think you have everything that you need model wise to take on all comers. I think you need to pratice with the army so that you see how it works and the massive amount of fire power that you can pump out and watch it destroy troops and other things. Learning stratgy and tactics can help you especially when the dice gods fail you. So try and get some games in with the army against different opponenets to see how the army performs this will tell you if you need to tweak anything.

God, gives children to people so that death won't seem so disappointing.

Hmm, i hadn't thought about it that way, i was figuring my Pk's would never get within arms reach of a vehicle, and i'd rather use the ord. for heavy infantry killing... my long days of IG are catching up with me. I was trying to tailor this list as a spoof of my favorite IG List, which everyone around my shop has gotten beaten by at least once, but in that list i had a few Lascannons/missile launchers to even things out, and so i didn't have to use ord. for tank killing. I'm also ridiculously unlucky (the dice gods hate me), and i was figuring this wouldn't be enough. I suppose I'll give it a try, thanks for the help guys.

Only reason I'm asking is because one of my friends (whom I've known since high school) is Mr. Cheese, and likes to play 3 land raiders in our friendly weekend tourneys.
It gets ridiculously annoying.

Your list looks good. The only minor change would be increase your boyz units from 20-24 or so. There would be more staying power and you only lose one troop choice. You could always add in a small grot unit to get another troop choice.

Really a good list.
