Default Heresy, What Did You Do For Mother's Day?

I realize for members in the UK and a lot of other countries, this was some time ago, but for members in the U.S. and a few other countries, it falls on this weekend.

My sister and I took our mother out to dinner at one of her favorite restaurants. It's an all-you-can-eat Chinese seafood place. By dinner's end, she had had three plates piled high with crabs' legs (she loves crab, can you tell). (Too bad I can't eat shellfish, I had to find other dishes to eat.)

So, did you do anything to celebrate Mother's Day?

I made waffles for mum and we gave her two cards, some chocolate and flowers.

Praise the sun!

I'm on the other side of the world, so my mum had to be content with a "happy mothers day". It was Mothers Day in Japan and Australia too.

I gave my mother the gift of not having to put up with me for the day.

Also, chocolates.

I baked a roast lamb dinner with veges for my mother-in-law (she lives closer, my mother lives 190km south of me).

Hey! Where'd ... Everybody ... go?
