TBH the man was in a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. The people who should be heald accountable are the ones who caused the driver to do what he did (if he was in fact being fired upon).

My thinking is if they had not been rioting they would not have been hurt. In Iraq I shot at a Iraqi Police Captain because he placed himself in a situation. If I would have shot him, to me, it would have been his fault.

My point is don't put yourself in fucked up situations.

The people he ran over didn't appear to be rioting as far as I could see, in the 2nd video the majority just look like they're having a somewhat peaceful stroll- they're certainly not moving with an aggressive intent from what I can see.

Considering the western world has been encouraging these riots by backing the elements opposed to Egypt's current government it's a bit rich to suddenly say that these people are in the wrong for doing something anyone of us would do in their situation.

I said it looked like a peaceful stroll, I'm well aware it wasn't actually a peaceful amble through Cairo. But watch that 2nd video, can you see anyone who's doing more than just slowly walking without apparent violent intent?

Anyway from what we've heard the pro-government groups turned what were relatively amiable protests (well certainly non-violent) into running battles, if I was trying to overturn the corrupt leadership of my country I'd be out in the streets protesting.

The second vid was far away from the point at which the car accelerated.

What you just said: Fred just socked bill in the face so Fred kicked the shit out of bill, but Jimmy was acting perfectly well at the other end of the street so obviously Fred was unprovoked. Doesn't make any sense does it?

Simply because one group of people at one end of that street is acting in an orderly manner does not mean a group, or one person, at the other wasn't acting aggressively.

The Website kept telling me that my profile was only 80% complete without creating a signature. Ain't no website going to tell me I was a lazy shit, no sir.

But it was people in both groups who got killed- he didn't just murder people who might possibly have been a direct threat but people who just happened to be on that street.

And I am not saying that it wasnt tragic. However, as a person I can understand the action and sympathies with the driver, if he acted out of fear for his life.

That little analogy was wrong, I should have said ran and knocked over Jimmy and Bill. My bad.
