"freedom of speech" Is only true if what you are saying doesn't infringe upon the rights of others. However, that is only true in a public space; once you enter a privately owned structure you follow their rules.

Now I know my models arent the best painted, but if someone threw any of mine across the room then I would have to hold myself back from hitting them!

Businesses have the right to deny service to anyone they like at any time, as long as the reason wasn't based on the other person's race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. It's a version of the 'bad tie rule', which goes something like this:

"You're wearing a bad tie. Get the hell out of my store."

In other words, they can't keep you from talking about computers, but they can always ask you to leave their store. That aside, unless you two were very loud, that's a pretty stupid reason for a businessman to kick out a customer.

...

Now, Hippypancake, to play devil's advocate, although that player had absolutely no right to toss that miniature across the room, that doesn't give you the right to sock him in the nose. Complain to the store owner, toss his stuff around too, or even call the police (although they might just seem amused by the situation, honestly). Escalating directly to violence is a good way to wind up in prison.

I think it would also depend on the content of the conversation, If some customers were talking about the pros and cons the zx specturm version of manic miner, im sure the GW shop wouldnt have an issue, if however someone was vocally slagging off DOW2 in store you could understand them been asked to leave.

I know looking back I shouldn't have done that but it's over and he hasn't been seen again. Although throwing my model across the room isn't the only thing he's done people have complained that he has been stealing models from them and the manager can't do anything because we have no proof
