So I'm wondering, what are the dominant airsoft brands in the UK? I've seen most of the spectrum here in the US, but I'm curious as to what the popular manufacturers are across the pond...

I used to sort of do airsoft a few years back with my friends, and I've been meaning to get into proper airsoft for sometime. Anyone know where I could get a G36K?

You don't want an AEG for less than $200, honestly. Go with something full metal. Cheapest manufacturer I'd consider is Echo 1. You really do get what you pay for. Classic Army and the like will last much, much longer than the cheaper manufacturers.

ICS for the win. Literally only had to upgrade the spring and it runs perfectly now. I did put a TBB in though, just for extra FPS and extra lulz.

I'd Have to say Tokyo Mauri, ICS, Star, Classic Army and G&P.

There are more and more "chinasoft" imitation rifles turning up which is good, as their about £100 less then the mainline guns. However they are mostly plastic or monkey metal. great for spare parts tho.

i love airsoft but i dont really like the the ones where you fire then pull back then fire the pull back ect. i was thinking of buying one of those fully automatic gas pistols bet it would be great fun but i just dont have the money at the moment

Some say the world will end in fire;
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
