Default Foods

I know the title is kinda vague, but i was merely wondering whats YOUR favorite and most hated food? note these need to be foods youve actually tried.

whats food would rather make you chop your hands off than have anywhere near your mouth again? why?

and on the opposite end, whats the food that you love SOOO much youd marry it if you could? why?

the food id have to say i hate most is cooked fish. i HATE it. the smell makes me want to vomit (literally) and the taste/texture i cant even describe. i havent had any kind of cooked fish in almost a decade and i plan on not ever having it again, unless my life is at stake.

as for my favorite food it would have to be my mother's empanadas. the salty taste in the melted cheese is exquisit and she also adds some sugar to the dough so theres a hint of sweetness to it. contrasts very well with the salt. whenever she makes them i typically eat 15 to 20 of them, each one being a little bigger than my hand.

Cold beer (beer IS a food group!)
Just about any Chinese, Thai, Mexican or Italian food
Rare steak (bop it on the head and walk it past the oven, it's ready)

Cant Stand-

- Any kind of sushi. I tried Eel one time as well and it made me gag. The consistency of it was gross. Raw fish going down your throat is siiick.

Any kind of BBQ. Chicken, Burgers, Ribs, that kind of thing will do me right.
Italian food is another big one for me. My step dad is Italian so he whips it up like a champ

I love just about anything with exception of cabbage, brussel sprouts and baked beens, especially baked beans. But if I were on death row and had to pick a last meal it would either be toad in the hole with scalloped potatos and enough gravy to sink a battle ship,or carbonara.

Lobster, fresh, live Maine lobsters with drawn butter, a little lemon, fresh hot buttermilk biscuits, coleslaw and a side of corn on the cob and cold beer. After that meal, go ahead and flick the switch Warden.

Bacon. I could not live without bacon. Thick, centercut peppered bacon. It's like sex, but with a bacon flavor.

I will pass on Brussel sprouts, liver, tongue, tripe, pickled pigs feet and I will never eat Dog.

Never really liked salads. What kind of food only tastes good after pouring something nice all over it? I'm also not fond of mushrooms and onions. They are the work of satan.

I usually make my own meals. I love makin' curry, lasagne, and Sunday roast. Got to love Yorkshire puds, gravy and dumplings. Oh and any kind of pie. I'd choose pie over sex any day (within reason). Maybe I could combine the two... some sort of short crust thong maybe?
