That probably would've helped with how slow on the uptake I was.

Actually, it does.
When I left work today and arrived at Melissa's I noticed a Stormtalon and two Tactical Squad boxes on her table. If she follows her pattern for the Tactical Squads then it will be a ML, Plasmagun and Combi on the Sergeant which totals 360 for the two and leaves 140 which buys a Twin Linked Lascannon Stormtalon for the 140.

Not that this was planned of course Seems like she's really going for it. Hopefully we'll see some pics at some point?

Out of curiosity, should I feel remorseful that today would have been my 4th wedding anniversary, were I still married?

Melissa brought it up this morning while I was getting ready for work and she was drinking her coffee. In all honesty, I didn't even realize it would have been today had she not brought it up.

Genuinely, I couldn't care less if I tried.

I think you have the right attitude - If you were remorseful, you would be living in the past at this point. It's better to focus on the good in your life right now and see those achievements, than regretting the past.

Don't doubt yourself on this one - Keep going straight. You seem to be in a good place right now, so why let something as a non-existent wedding anniversary let you down?

Well, I'm not doubting anything at this point. I wouldn't have realized that the anniversary would've been today until probably a couple of days from now. I think it was brought up to see my reaction to the topic. I dunno.

Oddly enough, Melissa and I had already planned a dinner tonight at a nice restaurant just for the hell of it. I hope she isn't thinking that has anything to do with my non-anniversary.

Send your ex a text, telling her that you saw something that reminded you of her.

Of a massive log you've just dropped in the shitter.

This is probably the truth of it. There is a lot of feeling out of past experiences in a new relationship and probing past relationships is one of the strangest parts of that ballet.

Servants of the Laughing God (Harlequin Themed Eldar Army)
First Eastern Mirage Corps (C:SM)
I am the Evil Project Log (All my work since restarting the hobby)
The Crusade of Morr (WFB Empire Battle Reports)
Dem Bones (Dice Rolling Program)

I know it is now. Last night at dinner I asked about the question amidst legal discussions on her work day and actually surprised her with it as a change in the topic. Melissa said she was curious as to my reaction and when I didn't really register any surprise, she said she knew things were "in a comfortable place". Dafuq does that mean?
