Default Burger Recipes Please

Okay Heretics, it is that time of the planets rotation where the wet rock off the coast of Europe (Ireland!) gets 3-4 days of sunny weather, people are sacrificed (redheads, historically true!) and we call this phenomenon Summer! Now inbetween reckless sunbathing, human sacrifice and a lemming like urge to do mass gardening, we Irish like to annhilate meat over flames and call it a barbeque, so for those who prevail at this tradition in more civil terms could you please supply me with some prefared burger recipes that you use, many tjanks in advance, Oldman xoxox

Add Greek feta to the meat. Keeps the burger juicy and provides great taste. Prefered seasoning would be thyme and oregano.

Good to be green

Put a fried egg or grilled pineapple slice on it.

Add blue cheese to the traditional burger mix and serve with bacon and and onion rings.

The blue cheese mixed with the onion is a definite win.

Marinate the beef with a mix of peanutbutter and soy sauce. The result is quite good

Use Ground turkey instead of beef for a lighter less greasy burger. You can get almost as good of a flavor from turkey or chicken as you can from beef or pork. it just requires alot more attention to what your doing.

If you want a different sort of kick to it make your own honey barbeque sauce. (i usually use Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and add honey to taste then baste the burgers, chicken, beef, ribs, whatever in it as its going on the grill). It will also work as a marinade but needs a few hours to soak in.

Finally. Take 2 patties and in between the two you stuff it with cheese (whichever you prefer really)then combine the two patties around the edge es and Viola! you have a home made Juicy Lucy.
