You said your super was the one who reported you right? and that your super is a she?

That's reason enough in any job.

I try very hard not to say what I'm thinking during moments of frustration, even when online.

Well why else would your supervisor as in the one in charge of you report you instead of confronting you?

No earthly clue. I try not to make waves in the boat, especially since I'm not rocking it, and go through the "Properly prescribed channels of dispute" and play things as diplomatically as possible in the work place.

Whereas, outside of work, I'll tell people to "fuck off".

I guess that's the difference between you and me. I tend to tell people what I think of them where ever I am unless I'm getting paid not to.

I'm not considered, by my countries' standards, to be a minority and therefore can't claim "X" for whatever reason in the face of adversity. So, I just play the dumbass politics and work my way through it.

So the situation sounds suspicious to me because of how loose these reports are.

Conceivably, if you were waving your phone wall paper around and/or taking about it lewdly that could be the start of a sexual harassment complaint. However in the united states for a sexual harassment complaint to have much validity the victim must tell you they are uncomfortable with your behavior and your behavior must constitute a pattern. OR the behavior must be bad enough that a reasonable person would find it objectionable and it would make them uncomfortable.

It doesn't sound like any of your behavior meets those criteria.
