Depends on what kind of shitty day.

If I'm angry I will go to the gym and put on some boxing gloves before pounding the matter out of the bags.
If I'm sad I usually put on my headphones and depending on the weather I will either take to the couch I have standing in my backyard or the couch in my living room.

If nothing helps I go to a coffee shop with a good friend, order the local 'specialty' alongside a glass of scotch and just deal with my problems then and there.
Though most of you won't have that option.

My girlfriend said she didn't like Daft Punk. She's single now. Hahahahahaha lol, just kidding. She's dead...

Music is the obvious answer. Dylan, Cash, Imagine Dragons, Killers, and more.

And if there's a new Comedy show that I haven't watched yet on TV or BBC IPlayer then I'll usually end up watching that.

At first it was workouts, then it became kill everything on a FPS game. Then I learned to manage my anger and sublimate it. I am the blade of grass in the wind. :D

Meditation helps. :D

Hey! Where'd ... Everybody ... go?

Tea, music, long, random walks and rain. Rain is beautiful in every way.

Metal and rage. Expression helps.

Oh, and going on murder sprees in any game where it is stupidly easy to kill everything that moves... or is that a bit psychotic?

Welding ... for me it almost like meditating. I am a retarded perfectionist when it comes to welding and to make a good weld you must have a steady hand, and fine control of the arc. It helps me to slow my heartbeat and control my breathing. It is like a work of art to me ... it also is nice to get done and have people ask if a machine welded the steel together.

Nice and calming artwork for me ... good thing I get to do it for pay too. When I weld on bridges and big iron ( 2 inch thick steel ) I NEVER have a bad day. When I have to do rebar I ALWAYS have a bad day. Those days I come home and weld on bumpers that I make on the side for at least an hour before I go in the house. No music, no people, just me and the miniature sun that I create via electricity.
